Make the Research Details field queryable

I'd like the ability to query on text saved in the Research Details field. Right now that field is not available in query.

Update label "Gender" to be "Sex"

The current values under Gender actually reflect Sex options for a person. In efforts to be inclusive, having this field name align with values would be extremely helpful and desired by Yale.

Create a simple way to replace special characters

Sometimes special characters such as umlauts are included in constituent names and addresses. These characters cause issues in various reports and processes. The idea is to create a simple way to find and replace these characters in CRM.
