Have value/value groups reflect $0 gifts
Smart fields are currently inconsistent when $0 gifts are present. SF's that return an amount should return a blank if no gift meets the criteria. Today it returns '$0' which is incorrect if constituents CAN have $0 gifts in the database of record.0

Allow the ability to query on export definitions
Many DMS clients require counts off of their exports in order to validate the data. If we had the ability to query off an export the DMS staff could avoid having to go through SDO or tech services to run scripts from the back end. -
