Oftentimes employment data comes in after the Constituent has been established. You can import a business relationship via Constituent Update Batch but you cannot import values for the employment history such as Job Title, Department, etc.5 Will not implement

Hiding extraneous fields in import processes that have not been specified by the user
Extra fields are added to the batch template that are confusing to the end user who has not explicitly added them when creating the template. They are not mandatory fields and seem to just appear for no reason.0 Will not implement
