Add ability for sponsors to change their recurring gift from check to credit card

Currently when a sponsor is reviewing their sponsorships, if they have credit card selected as a payment method they can update their card. If they have any other method they cannot change it to credit card

The proposal name should be a drop down menu and not a free form text field to reduce errors in entering proposal names. This would be helpful in query when the criteria is "proposal name equals".
