On the research request form, allow typing in the lookup ID in the Prospect field to locate a record, rather than requiring either their name (which often leads to a search screen) or clicking the magnifying glass and THEN adding the lookup ID to a search screen.

Change the "maiden name" field title to "birth name"; delete "maiden name" from alias types
The term "maiden name" is archaic and gender specific; "birth name" is clearer and can be used for any person. The term "maiden name" can be deleted from the list of alias types; "birth name" is already an option there. -
