Way to track/indicate Country of Operation is in the EU - GDPR tracking
the Country of Operation code table does not allow for a flag/indicator that the country is in the EU. Would be very helpful for applying globally when identifying and managing GDPR constituents.Will not implement

Allow the application to successfully interpret Word quotation mark/apostrohe formatting.
When copy/pasting a constituent name from Word that has an apostrophe (e.g. O'Donnell) into a search field, the application does not interpret the Word formatting and returns no results. This can cause duplicate records to be created.Will not implement

When confirming the CRM ID # within CRM -- only having the donor's address sometimes is not enough information. Another identifier would be helpful. All those that enter gifts would benefit from this extra bit of processing information.Reviewed: Voting Open

It would be good to have a method, via the application, to convert one record type to another record type, for example, converting a Household to an Individual.
