We have a series of campaign events that are not going to allow anonymous registrants (we are requiring a name for all guests).  However, we'd like to use the new form.  The "Register as an Unnamed Guest" always displays, even when the event on the form does NOT allow for anonymous registrants.  We want to eliminate the confusion this causes for our guests.
