Currently, direct marketing email messages, email messages sent from a marketing effort, are not classified as general purpose emails or transactional emails so the email jobs cannot be viewed/accessed/or even canceled if desired from CRM > Administration > Email Services > Email Jobs. It would make life easier for all organizations that use marketing effort emails if the email jobs showed up in that area, whether that is done by classifying them as general purpose emails or otherwise adding a third category of direct marketing email messages so that they show up in Email Services.
