Track Unengaged Recipients in CRM

My organization would like email addresses that are flagged as Unengaged Recipients in BBIS, to be marked as such in CRM also. Given that the number of months can be changed, perhaps this information would be better indicated in a query - that an email was filtered out as an unengaged recipient and on the constituent's Communication's tab, rather than something noted on the email address in the constituent's Contact tab.
