Add option to require registrants to register for the main event in a multi level event on an Event Registration Form

My organization would like the ability to require that registrants sign up for the main event in a multi-level event when there are the child events/sub events present on the Event Registration Form. We don't want folks to be able to register for a child event/sub events without registering for the main event.

    Currently we have no definitive scheduled release that will include this work due to our other commitments at this time. As a result we have reverted the status of this Idea.

    I noticed that this Idea is designated as 'Planned'. I wanted to ask if there is a projected target release for this new feature. Even a rough estimate would be great.
