It would be so much easier if the Acknowledgment email confugration screen were updated to include CC and BCC fields and that this would work for any transactional form in the system. We have many situations where this notification would be the first indication that a donor/constituent had made a transaction. It can take up to a few days for the batch to be committed through our centralized gift processing team and there are often actions that need to be taken immediately on the information contained within the batch.
The staff notifications DO NOT adequately perform this function. For example, on event registrations, you have to remember to go configure the staff notification separately from the event acknowledgement email for EACH event. The same is true for donation pages.
The staff notification functionality is not available AT ALL for the membership form, acquisition form, or user sign-up form.
This update would be immensely useful to anyone using BBIS.
