Add Address Type to the available | Ideas for Blackbaud CRM and BBIS

Add Address Type to the available fields in the REST API for addresses.

Currently the REST API does not allow developers to pass in a value for Address Type in the address collection fields. This would be helpful for when our donors wish to differentiate between their home address and other address types for online gifts.
