At present, when a BBIS email message that is sent to multiple user defined email lists, all of which contain the same email addresses, has multiple conditional content blocks, each being targeting a different user defined email list, the email messages contain all the conditional content, not just the content specific to the one list selected in the conditional content block.
The reason this is an issue is that test emails don't work for testing conditional content. As such, my organization would like to suggest that this functionality be changed so that in this scenario if an email address exists in multiple email lists, that each email message sent to that email address should show just the conditional content for one of the user defined email lists. In other words, one email should show the content meant for list A and the other email should show the content meant for list B, rather than both email messages showing all the conditional content.
