Add the option to turn on/off the automatic use of the primary phone number if the constituent doesn't have a 'Home' phone number on their CRM record.

If the Home phone merge field is placed onto the profile display form in BBIS and the constituent doesn't have a home phone linked to CRM, then the profile display will display the primary phone number. This is applicable to the Home phone number merge field only.
