When an individual updates their email in their BBIS account profile, it generates a batch in CRM. Committing the batch in CRM does not update the BBIS email in the Online Info tab in CRM. Instead the users have to apply it manually. It would be useful to have an option within the batch before committing.
These are two different things: the email address captured in the profile update is associated with the constituents communication preference as to the email to use. The Online Info tab holds the address the user has specified as their BBIS account email. They would need to change their user account data via the Change User ID/Password part in BBIS.
