Add Merge fields to show benefit split for Ticket Price & GST in event confirmation emails

We have had an influx of users requesting new versions of their confirmation emails with the benefit split (between the ticket price & GST) clearly laid out. It would be helpful to have that option built into the merge fields in the event confirmation email.
