Change the Event Start Date Merge Field to not Show Seconds for the Time

In BBIS, there are two merge fields that display time: the event start date and the event start time.  The event start time displays the time as such 10:00 AM, but the event start date displays the time like this: 10:00:00 AM. The event record in CRM doesn't show the seconds, and it is unusual for an event time to show seconds to the end users. In the screen shots below, the event date column is showing first the event start date merge field then the event start time merge field. Since the event start date is also showing the time, we cannot use these merge field together to display the time as we would prefer it.

Please change the "event start date" merge field to not include seconds on the time.
