When our donors want to log to ur BBIS site, they are typing their password and are unable to check it as it shows dots. This is a big frustration and stop them from going to our site.
Regarding the ability to being able to view the password when logging into BBIS, it is not a good experience for our donors. We want to focus more on digitalisation so logging into our MyPlan will be a key step.
