Have a processing screen when the donation submit button is clicked

It would be nice to have a processing screen or overlay show after the submit button is pressed for a donation form until the confirmation screen shows. This will allow the donor to see that something is going on and prevent them from pressing the button multiple times.

     This functionality is included in our new Donation Form - Mini (Beta) part and will be incorporated across other parts throughout 2017 and into 2018.
