add functionality to fully schedule campaign emails.

It appears you can schedule the date (but not time) of a test in a campaign, but not the final send. Even better would be if the final "winning" campaign would send automatically. based on the behaviour of the tests.

    We do not have plans to update the campaign functionality within BBIS Email. We will add this to our requirements list for our Next Gen Email functionality.
