Currently, when you use the 'Request Plan' form on the My Fundraiser Page the system prompts you to select an already exisitng plan for that prospect. However, the business need for that process happens infrequently. Instead, it is much more likely that the use for the 'Request Plan' form would be fundraisers who are requesting a new plan for that particular prospect.
