There should be a field to enter an end date on Prospect Plans, include major gift, stewardship and grant plan. This is necessary for when organizations is applying for or is awarded a grantgift that has an end date. Often this is longer than the actual pledge (for reporting). Making the plan historical will not be sufficient as gift officers need to know the specific date as the plan is still active. In the help section of CRM it says that there is a field to enter end date, but then it is not in the product. This need was discovered while I was working with World Wildlife Fund.
