Currently the only vehicles that support a probate status are: Bequest, Retirement plan assets, and Other. This should also be available for charitable remainder unitrust, charitable remainder annuity trust, testamentary charitable trust, and potentially pooled income fund. It might be beneficial to have for all vehicles in case more are added in the future.
