When you complete a Step, it should automatically change the next steps to Pending status, if there are no other Pending steps for the plan. The DOs often work from the Pending Steps tab and may overlook steps if a plan doesn’t have a step at Pending status. Today, some DOs set all steps to Pending to avoid missing a step (only Pending steps appear on the Pending Steps tab) however, that congests the list within My Fundraiser view.
