Add the ability to track prospect plan/opportunity costs that are incurred upfront when an organization is investing in the pursuit of funding. You have to spend money to make it - where can this be tracked? Sometimes staff time is tracked to determine whether or not an opportunity is qualified - can that be tracked in system?
