Allow "Rotate Photo" on Sponsorshp Opportunity

Many of our Child Photos are uploaded and rotated by 90* even though in Windows Explorer they appear the correct way round. It would be good to have a "Rotate photo" tab on the Child Photo.

    The uploading of Photos and arriving as rotated was fixed in a customisation/Patch.  We would still like to be able to rotate older photos
