UNC-Chapel Hill currently directs its benefits to designations within its legacy system based on which unit is using the benefit. For example, a different designation is used for Law School benefits, Business School benefits, etc. with different GL accounts associated. They would like to continue doing this within CRM but designations are not able to be assiged to benefits.
