Currently, when Benefits are waived for a transaction, the waived indicator is stored in the revenue table, but nothing is stored in the revenuebenefit table, so there is no history that a donor was entitled to benefits they did not receive. That is useful information and should be retained somewhere, as well as displayed on the benefits tab for the transaction. In addition, it would be helpful to be able to indicate waive or accept per benefit, rather than for the transaction as a whole.
