Our users need to login with the format: Fname(first two initials of)Lnameplus our four digit id: MaryJo9876 for Mary Jones in 9876 company id. As new users in our organization using BBEC as a CRM only, we do not sign on regularly. All other IDs in our organization follow the MJones format. It would be very helpful to have user id follow a more conventional format such as MJones9876 - or - to give an error message/hint pointing you in the right direction for this most unconventional format. I have changed my password countless times only to find out i had the user ID wrong.....
