We need the ability to assign multiple project codes to one designation. Example would be we hold an annual Southern California Beach Party(that would be the designation name) and one year it is in LA - so the project code = LA Beach Party, the next year it is in Santa Barbra - so the project code is Santa Barbra Beach Party but it flows up to the same designation.
