Allow benefits to be assigned to a designation
It would be helpful to be able to assign a benefit to a designation and have that benefit provided as a default for gifts to that designation (with the ability to override or decline the benefit for a specific gift).

One thing to consider is assigning benefits to an appeal. Those will default for gifts to that appeal.
This is very much still needed! It would save valuable time for processors!
