It is important to know whether a Matching Gift Form has been included with a donor's gift. To enable us to track this, it would be helpful to have a checkbox on the Add Matching Gift Claim form accessible from within batch entry as well as for a previously entered payment. This flag should also be displayed on any Matching Gift Claim view forms for informational purposes. The flag should be able to be queried so we can select MG Claims where no form has been received, in order to follow up with donors.
