We need to see the designation on the Recognition Credit History tab. The designation is a key piece of data that we use with Recognition Credit. It tells us what the person got credit for. We do the majority of our solicitations, honor rolls, major giving, etc. based on Recognition Credit to a particular Designation or Level of the Designation Hierarchy.
