Add ability to see name formats on Naming Opporunity Recognition Tab

We would like the ability to see a constituent's name formats (from the Names Tab) on the Recognition Tab on a Naming Opportunitiy so that you can see exactly what the name you are choosing will look like, instead of just the formula.
