Cancelling (Terminating) a regular gift does not automatically generate a BACS cancellation line

When you Terminate (Cancel) a Regular Gift I expect the Send instruction checkbox to be ticked and Instruction Type to be set to Cancel. This is not happening. This is standard Raisers Edge functionality.
