After a credit card transaction has been added to a batch and authorized, it can still be removed from the batch before being committed. This leaves the authorized transaction in a limbo state under Treasury > Outstanding credit card transactions. It would be good if there was a permission setting that would let up disable the ability to remove the record from the batch in the first place.
