Allow the “Update donor challenge” CRM business process to accept selection of revenue records and donor challenge record. This process will add the qualifying revenue records to the encumbered funds datalist. Additionally a new action associated with the encumbered funds datalist will be created that will enable user to select a selection of revenue records and add to encumbered funds list.
