Adding benefit adjustments, gift fee adjustments, and gift aid adjustments to the adjustment history report
The Adjustment benefit report, albeit old and created before these items were added to the application, should report on adjustments to benefits, gift aid, and gift fees.
The University of Michigan needs adjustments to benefits to be displayed on the Adjustment History report. Currently, we are forced to enter Adjustment Details but these details are stored on the BENEFITADJUSTMENT table (per BB support) which is not included in the Adjustment History report. The only way we can determined if the benefits have been changed is by looking at the History for the revenue transaction. We use the benefits to report suite and licensing fees for donors with season tickets to football games.
