Allow Tribute text to match when committing batch in Click Once. In CRM Click Once, the Tribute Text field acts as the "unique identifier" so if you have multiple tributes that say "In Honor Of", it won't allow you to process the batch, even if the tributee names are different. Ie. Gift 1: In Honor of Jeff, Gift 2: In Honor of Steve - this won't process because system thinks these are the same because of "In Honor of".
