When you look at a real estate in a household the same property populates twice, it does have the same APAN, unconfirmed as they both are listed as owners of this property. The user has to figure out on their own that they are not to confirm both or it will double the asset value. This is where RP is uniquely differently as you view the real estate under individual records and individual reports.
