Comments box to be added to the Add and Edit 'A group member' forms, and for a corresponding Comments field on the 'Current group members' display list, in which you could record a comment about that constituent's group membership to the group. Alternatively this could be covered by a 'Nominated by' field in the same areas which enables you to search for and link to another constituent record - why they became a member; details about their membership etc.
