Sometimes we send links to pages inside the BBEC application by E-mail or IM. Currently, when a user clicks on such a link, they are initially taken to a login page where they have to provide their credentials before they are able to view the page. This is frustrating and time consuming - especially when the user is already logged in on their machines with an open BBEC session. I suggest that links should not require an additional login for users already logged in. But this should be something that is 'configurable' so that Administrators can choose whether or not they want/need this extra security for links.
