We really like the ability in the page designer for 'Search form replacement'. I would like to request the same feature for add forms. As an example we use a custom add form to add new constituents (which includes our own custom first class fields). We would like to replace even instance of the 'Add individual' form with our custom 'Add contact' form. (Such as in the 'Add individual relationship' screen).
