We can opt a constituent out of mass emails, but we cannot opt them out of receiving printed receipts.
We can opt a constituent out of mass emails, but we cannot opt them out of receiving printed receipts. It would be nice if we could do this. Some people don’t want monthly receipts…They only want the end of year total sent to them in Janurary. The work-around (creating a user defined field then creating a query) would be cumbersome.
