In 2.5, the solicit code filter in query existed as a drop down, allowing for efficient and user-proof querying because it did not rely on manual entry of the solicit code name to filter off of. Unfortunately, this functionality has been changed in 2.91, removing the drop down and forcing the user to search or type for the solicit code instead. We would like the drop down functionality back.
