Fundraising hierarchies and the designations within them can all have sites assigned so that only users with those sites will be able to view the hierarchies and designations. However, when viewing the full list of fundraising hierarchies, all users are able to see all of the hierarchies in the database, regardless of site security assigned to the hierarchies and users.
