When logging in to webshell, the user is greeted with the "Welcome, USERDISPLAYNAME". This field can not be edited within CRM from the front end, only by executing a script to set the display name. When we set up the Org Unit, we set a a description for that account. When we create the app user from that org unit, we link to a constituent. Neither of these are used as the display name, which is a field that inherits data while not allowing it to be edited. It would be ideal to either allow the display name to be pulled from a name format of the linked constituent. If not possible, allow those with access to security to be able to edit the display name for the user.
