When BB CRM is configured to use Windows authenticaiton, you are forced to close all browser tabs to complete the logout from the BB CRM.

Fix the problem that is introduced when Windows authenticaiton is configured for CRM authentication. On Logout a user is forced to close all browser tabs to complete the logout.
