add additional fields in query for declined recognition programs

Currently the only field we have in a constituent query for Recognition\Declined Recognition Levels\ is name.  There isn't a field for the reason or the levels that go declined.  It would be useful to have more functionality in the query view for handling this information to build lists and reports.

    We are on Version 4.0.180  and have reason field

    Agree! Without the ability to query properly on the Declined reason, it's a waste of functionality.

    I agree, we need more fields available for declined recognition information in order to build helpful lists and reports.
