When a gift  comes through from BBIS with a comment, the rows shows an informational flag.  That flag gets hidden after validating the batch; however, UM would like the flag to remain visible in case a user did not go back and check the comments prior to validating.  The comment information DOES still commit to the record, but the flag is no longer visible within the batch after validating.
